Qualification:

The candidates must have secured minimum 55% marks (aggregate ) in last two years/ last 4 semesters in Graduation (ie BE/BTech/BSc.Engg) in respective discipline. For Materials discipline the candidates must have secured minimum 55% marks (aggregate ) in last two years/ last 4 semesters in Graduation (ie BE/BTech/BSc.Engg) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation discipline. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded in a degree, the candidate will have to indicate equivalent percentage marks. For SC and ST candidates , the minimum percentage required is relaxed by 5% in all disciplines. Candidates who have appeared / are appearing for the final year examination may also apply. They will be called for personal interview if declared successful in written exam.

Age as on 1-06-2009: Not exceeding 30 years for SC & ST candidates. Not exceeding 28 years for OBC candidates.

Application Fee: OBC candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 300 by a crossed demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Commercial Branch, Swastik park, Chembur , Mumbai-400071. No application fee for SC/ST candidates.
