Neatly typewritten applications, either in English or in Hindi, strictly in the prescribed format, are invited from the Indian citizens for the following posts :
- Parliamentary Interpreter : 12 posts (UR-2, OBC-4, SC-4, ST-2) [English/Hindi-5; Regional Languages-7(Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Kashmiri, Konkani, Santhali and Sindhi)] in Lok Sabha Secretariat., Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Age : 27 years, Qualification : Master’s degree in English with medium of Hindi language up to Degree level OR Master’s degree in Hindi with medium of English language up to degree level.
- Executive/ Legislative/ Committee/ Protocol Assistant : 10 posts (UR-6, OBC-2, SC-2) in Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Pay Scale : Rs.6500-10500/-, Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, Age : 27 years.
- Security Assistant Gr.II : 23 posts (UR-2, OBC-11, SC-8, ST-2) in Lok Sabha Secretariat, Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000/-, Age : 27 years, Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and possessing following physical standards
- Height : Male – 167.5 cms. (relaxable by 2.4 cms. in case of Hill area resident), Female – 154.6 cms (relaxable by 2.4 cms. in case of Hill area resident)
- Chest : Male – 76.5 cms to 81 cms
- Vision – 6/12 in both eyes without glasses. The candidates must not have squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision.
- Security Assistant Gr.II (Technical) : 20 posts (UR-10, OBC-5, SC-3, ST-2) in Lok Sabha Secretariat, Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000/-, Age : 27 years, Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialisation in Electronics or Communication or Computer Science from a recognised university OR 3 years diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Communication with physical standards stated above.
Selection Process : Oration Test/ Written Test/ Trade Test and Personality Test (Personal Interview)
How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply in typewritten form for the above posts strictly in the prescribed format. Applicants should affix two identical recently taken passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or a First Class Magistrate, one on the application form and another on the attendance sheet.
