• DEPUTY MANAGER RESEARCH (Grade C) / SENIOR RESEARCH OFFICER (Grade B) / RESEARCH OFFICER (Grade A)

CANDIDATES WOULD BE OFFERED SUITABLE GRADE COMMENSURATING WITH THEIR QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE.
Selection Methodology : The candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria /experience requirement shall be subjected to Personal Interview.
Grade and Scale of Pay : Besides Basic Pay and Industrial Pattern of DA , other allowances include HRA, Medical Facilities, Performance Linked Incentive, Productivity Linked Incentive, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees’ Pension Scheme, Group Savings Linked Double Accident Insurance, Leave Encashment, Leave Travel Concession, LFA, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, House Building Advance, Conveyance Advance/Maintenance Reimbursement, Professional Updation Allowance, Home Desk-Top PC Scheme, House furniture, Children’s Education Allowance etc. shall be admissible as per rules.

The pay-scale is under revision from 01.01.2007. Current Pay-scale is given below :

1 Deputy General Manager G 19,500 – 25,600
2 Deputy Manager Research C 16,000 – 20,800
3 Senior Research Officer B 13,750 – 18,700
4 Research Officer A 12,000- 17,500
