HAL has established a Corporate Executive Development Centre, “HAL Management Academy (HMA)”, to enable learning, innovation and improvement. HMA as a Centre for Excellence offers training in Management development Programs as well as functional areas to executives of the Company. HMA at present conducts more than 20 types of such Programs of varying duration and structure, which focus on Company’s requirement to develop executives.
The programs at HMA are aimed at broadening the horizon of participants through case studies, business games, role play and exercises. Interaction with experienced faculty and fellow participants provide new insight and help crystallize concepts to enhance the quality of decision making. HMA has the distinction of launching innovative programs.
HMA Requires Visiting Faculty for Executive Development Programs (EDP) in the field of Management, Engineering, Law, Computers, Behavioral Sciences, Languages and other General Subjects.
Existing visiting Faculty are also invited to empanel themselves.
HMA will also have the discretion in terms of engaging visiting Faculty other than those in the panel, depending on its requirement.
Qualification and Experience:
Should possess PG Degree from a Recognised University in the relevant field (Annexure-I refers). Candidates having Doctorate level qualification with relevant industry exposure by way of consultancy/ training would be preferred.
Experience in teaching at Executive Development Programs will be an advantage.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of Academic and /or Industry post qualification experience.
Candidates having Graduate level qualification with a minimum of 15 years of Academic/ Industrial experience with exposure in the relevant field and teaching in Executive Development Programs will also be considered, subject to evaluation.
In respect of general topics listed at Annexure-I like Arts, Music programs, graduation will be the requirement.
Consistent I Class from graduation level for all the fields is desirable.

Position Summary
The Faculty is responsible for delivering the course content and required training materials, which may include PPTs, video, audio, text, graphics, animation, case studies, games, course material, question papers, correction of answer papers, evaluate presentations, quizzes, assignments etc., for the program modules as per the program design.
